They were commended often for how well they managed their own rental homes that they opened their own property management company. Soon after they had made real estate and property management their full time careers. After nearly 30 years, they have now departed from property management to concentrate on working with buyers and sellers with a concentration on 55+ communities.

Sue and Rick were neighborhood sweethearts in high school. They married in 1980. Rick joined the Air Force at 18 and after service 16+ years, he took and early retirement to stabilize the family in their Illinois home town to raise their 2 sons.
